We start with awareness

In our experience, first a broad group of people in your organisation need to understand what digital accessibility is and what it brings to your organisation. Legal obligations also need to be clear. Awareness is always the start of the process. We then set up that process and secure it for the future.

Mapping accessibility

1. Mapping the accessible landscape is the first step towards providing accessible services.

2. We start with a 0 measurement using our WCAG audits. This provides a clear insight into the state of affairs.

3. Consultative talks and are conducted. This can be about design, content or technology. All those responsible are involved as much as possible.

4. We then examine whether there is a need for additional knowledge within your organisation. We can respond to this by organising training sessions for different groups of employees.

Stay accessible

We not only want to make sure your organisation (or your customers) comply with current laws and regulations. We also find it important that the topic of digital accessibility becomes a permanent feature of your organisation. This requires a new way of thinking and working, avoiding past mistakes as much as possible.
