Who we advise
Digital Government Act (Gga)
The Digital Government Act regulates that Dutch citizens and companies can log in securely and reliably to the (semi-)government.
Accessibility statement
To prove that you as a public authority are digitally accessible, you have to provide proof. You do this with an accessibility declaration. We take care of the burden of proof.

European Accessibility Act (EAA)
The EAA ensures that everyone has equal access to services and products in Europe. So too the 135 million people in Europe with functional disabilities.
But what does it mean for you?
The EAA basically says that all products published from 28 June 2025 must comply with accessibility guidelines: the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (EAA).
What can I do?
For example, start by conducting an accessibility survey on your product, invest in knowledge through training. And, above all, ask for advice. Like with us!

As a developer, you are closely involved in applying the WCAG guidelines. You can think of the WCAG as a handbook for creating digitally accessible websites, apps or PDF documents.
